These clients had a dream of moving back into their childhood home, but it needed a lot of love to make it work….

So when our client’s dad finally decided to downsize and put the family home up for sale, our client seized the opportunity to move back into her childhood home. But in order to make it work for her growing family, we needed to make some big changes.

We designed the renovation plan to include opening up walls between the old outdated and cramped kitchen to the living room, moving the stairs from the back of the house to the front, turning a fourth bedroom into a full and luxurious ensuite bathroom and updating every finish from top to bottom - inside and out!

Now this home flows well and functions perfectly for this young family of four. In addition to changing the hard surfaces of the home, we finished the spaces off with custom draperies and furnishings that really pulled everything together in a beautiful and fun way.
